1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using WARPS & WEFTS websites, forms, product information, sample request workflows, project communications, AI preview tools, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

References to WARPS & WEFTS, we, us, and our mean WARPS & WEFTS USA LLC, WARPS & WEFTS LTD., and affiliated WARPS & WEFTS entities that help provide product, manufacturing, design, customer support, or business services.

2. Services Covered

These terms apply to WARPS & WEFTS websites and pages, including warpswefts.com, product pages, sample request pages, newsletter forms, contact forms, business communications, and other online services that link to these terms.

Additional written terms may apply to specific orders, trade accounts, purchase orders, invoices, quotes, manufacturing work, custom projects, freight arrangements, or dealer programs. If there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement controls for that transaction or project.

3. Lawful Use

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.

• Do not use the services for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, source code, non-public APIs, or infrastructure.

4. Products, Samples, and Business Requests

WARPS & WEFTS provides information and business workflows related to hospitality textile products, including fabric roll goods, sheers, blackout fabrics, drapery, upholstery fabrics, bedding products, window treatments, shower curtains, sample books, design resources, manufacturing support, and related services.

• Product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, patterns, performance details, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Sample requests are subject to review, approval, account eligibility, inventory, shipping availability, and business policies.
• We reserve the right to approve, decline, cancel, limit, or modify sample requests, account access, quotes, or orders.
• Lead times, pricing, shipping, taxes, minimums, and other charges may vary and may be communicated separately.
• All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.

5. Accounts, Access, and Credentials

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend, disable, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account has been misused, compromised, used in violation of these terms, or used in a way that creates legal, operational, security, or business risk.

6. AI Preview or Visualization Tools

If a WARPS & WEFTS page, tool, or related workflow provides AI preview or visualization functions, those previews are visual planning and communication tools generated from information you provide, such as room photos, selected fabrics, style selections, and optional notes.

• AI-generated previews are estimates and may not perfectly represent final color, scale, measurements, fabric behavior, lighting, hardware, installation, manufacturing, or finished product results.
• Do not rely on AI previews as final specifications, installation drawings, engineering documents, or production approvals.
• You are responsible for reviewing measurements, product specifications, fabric details, installation conditions, and order information before making a purchase or production decision.
• AI generation may fail, take longer than expected, or produce unexpected output due to image quality, prompt details, service availability, provider limitations, or technical issues.

7. User Content

You may upload, submit, or provide content such as room photos, fabric selections, project notes, contact information, messages, and support materials. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and to allow WARPS & WEFTS and its service providers to process it for the services.

You grant WARPS & WEFTS a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, and use your submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the services.

8. Email and SMS Communications

By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about inquiries, sample requests, orders, product availability, support, account matters, service notices, and, where permitted, marketing or newsletter communications.

If you opt in to SMS communications or provide a phone number for a business request, you consent to receive SMS messages related to inquiries, sample requests, orders, delivery, product availability, and customer support. 9. Payments, Quotes, and Credits

Prices, payment terms, sample charges, shipping, taxes, account credits, generation credits, and other charges may be communicated separately and are subject to change unless confirmed in writing. Any credits or balances are subject to the limits and conditions communicated with the relevant account, quote, or purchase.

10. Intellectual Property

The services and their content, including text, images, logos, trademarks, product designs, fabric images, page layouts, software, prompts, workflows, generated interface elements, and other materials, are owned by WARPS & WEFTS, its affiliates, licensors, or content providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.
